Woodhall is an event and meeting venue available to owners and their guests. The clubhouse deck overlooks a small pond and park. The meeting room offers almost 1,200 square feet and can accommodate up to 110 guests or approximately 60 for seated dining. Its complete kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and sink with adequate counter space. A gas barbeque is available on the deck. The room contains a few lounge chairs with tables and chairs available for setup. It is also equipped with WiFi. Guests use street parking and owners can easily walk to Woodhall.

Rental rates vary based on the number of guests and day of the week. A security deposit is required. Reservations are on a first-come-, first-served basis. Availability can be verified by calling or visiting the Onsite Office. Your deposit and signed rental agreement will secure the space for you.

The Onsite Management Office is also housed in the building with a separate entry to the left of the main entrance - facing Kite Hill Road.
