Membership Elects New Directors; Board Elects New Officers

     At the Association's annual meeting on March 27, the membership elected Ray Breslau (Ravenhill), Bill Burkhart (Wovenwood) and Ken Lyons (Fox Run) to 3-year terms on the Board of Directors.  Barbara Rogan (Ironbark) was elected to fill the remaining 2-year term and Catherine "Cat" Schmidt (Ridge Gate) was elected to fill the remaining 1-year term.  The anual resolution authorizing the Board to decide on the use of surplus funds passed.

     Following the annual meeting, the new Board of Directors convened to elect Al Talbot (Woodacres), President; re-elected Chuck Legge (Hawkridge Terrace), Vice-President; re-elected Kevin Lammert (Ironbark), Chief Financial Officer/Treasurer; and elected Jo Kerner (Wovenwood), Secretary.

      Linda comes to OrindaWoods with a wealth of experience as an events director, project manager and office manager.  She's looking forward to the balance between work and family that the OrindaWoods part-time job allows.  Please stop by the office on a Monday, Wednesday or Thursday afternoon to say hello and introduce yourself.

Association Office Hours
     Homeowner Association Services staffs the Woodhall association office Mondays and Thursdays from noon - 4PM and Wednesdays from noon - 3PM.  The Woodhall office phone number is (925) 254-7744.  Linda Pyle will be pleased to assist you.  
      In addition, Barbara Dawson, our property Manager at HAS, can be reached by phone at (925) 830-4848 Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 4:45 PM.  An on-call manager can be reached after business hours and on weekends at the same number.
